Refund policy

At LifePluse Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide a transparent and fair return process. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed: The item must be in its original condition.

  • Original Packaging: Must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Return Window: You must initiate the return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a partial refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

3. International Return Process (Warehouse in China)

Please be advised that our primary fulfillment and return center is located in China.

  • Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering all associated shipping costs to our warehouse in China.

  • Requesting a Return: To start the process, contact our support team at support@lifeplusemart.com with your Order Number, Reason for Return, and Photos (required for damaged/incorrect items).

  • Important: We will provide the specific warehouse address via email only after your request is reviewed. Do not send items to our US registration address.

4. Return Shipping Guidelines

  • Trackable Shipping Only: Customers must use a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a valid tracking number.

  • Responsibility: LifePluse Mart is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Evaluation and Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your package is received by our warehouse in China, it will be inspected within 10 business days.

  • Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Amount: If approved, we will refund the product value only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 15 business days.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@lifeplusemart.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the issue. In these specific cases, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
