Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Order Transit Time

  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Transit Time: 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 p.m. (EST) – Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days for most orders.

Shipping Process & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing a Tracking Number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through our website or the carrier's tracking portal.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lifeplusemart.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • Lost Items: If your tracking hasn't updated for a significant period, please contact us so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

Customs Duties & VAT

Our products are shipped internationally from China. We take care of covering any additional import duties or VAT levied by your government. Customers are not required to pay any additional duties or taxes; you only pay the product cost shown at checkout.

Customs & Regulations

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items. LifePluse Mart cannot be held liable for items seized or rejected by local customs due to regional restrictions.

Possible Reasons for Delay

While we strive for 7-14 day delivery, delays may occur due to:

  1. Local customs inspections at the destination airport.

  2. Delays in the local post office's tracking updates.

  3. Incorrect or missing contact information (e.g., phone number) provided by the customer.

  4. Public holidays, extreme weather, or international courier bottlenecks.

Friendly Reminder

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, LifePluse Mart will not be responsible, and no refund will be issued.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned because the customer failed to collect it from the local post office, the customer will be responsible for any associated losses.
